I am a seasoned Customer Success executive with over a decade of experience building and scaling high-performing CS organizations at five different early-stage startups. My diverse background includes Customer Success IC and leadership positions across MarTech, HealthTech, E-Commerce, and Recruiting industries earning me a unique, 360-degree perspective on what it takes to drive sustainable growth through customer advocates.
